the nokia n97 on screen widgets are great. it would also be great to have them on nokia 5800, would there be any chance it could be on the next firmware update for nokia 5800? please give sources!

Well, There is a rumored new firmware coming for 5800.

About what will be in the new firmware, details are not told/discussed.
I doubt the 5800 will receive the same widget home page, but it might look something like the 5530 home page.
If the 5800 were to get the same widget home page, the N97 will not sell well.
I want widgets for 5800 too… Maybe you can look at pikko, they have a live weather screensaver for 5800 and many clock screensavers
