i should add some thing
if you remeber Lindows Operting system
microsft made a complaint in court becasue it belived that Lindows is similar to Windows and it should change its name.
and now Nokla is very similar to Nokia
and its cell phone are a perfect clone of real nokia
even a professionalist cant recogonize its deference
but the camera , os , softwares are compelety different and weaker from real Nokia.
if they are allowed to rip people like this
i think other companies will be in danger too
for example imagin a bank which name
citlbank instead of citibank
but becasue its not the same they are allowed to scam people ! its not logical
but i wonder why nokia doesnt pay attention to this nokLa

It can’t sue it coz it didn’t have the exact same name
she could like them
b/c they are in china and there is no law against it…
the can arrest the individual distributors who bring boatload of them over here and sell them
