QA : Why is my Nokia E71 have a problem with network, no service?



just bought a nokia e71 from dhgate it seems to be a Japanese version. i put in my sim card and everything works fine but i just cant get any service. when i try to look for a network it says registration failed wtf is wrong?

    Did you buy a unlocked phone?
    If yes Try this

    Press menu> select tools> select setting> select phone> select network> then do the following

    Network mode=dual mode
    Network selection=automatic
    Cell info display=on
