Just make an account (free) and then click on “Create Now!”
It’s super easy to use and I’m hooked! You can make the themes you create either public or private. I have a couple of public ones and it’s nice to see that at least 1 person likes what I did LOL.

That one is good for downloading and/or you can upload the ones you created on ownskin.com and share your skins with more people.
Both are free, they only require you to sign up to an account. Kind of like myspace and when people visit your profile they can see the skins you created.
