Problem installing Nokia PC suite on my computer?

When trying to install the application, it always fail saying that ‘the system cannot find the specied file.’
what can be done to rectify this?
What file are they talking about? Is it a file in the installation program or on the computer?
I am downloading it for my nokia 6280
