QA : nokia n85 prob.can ne one help?



HELP NEEDED URGENTLY
i recently upgraded my nokia n85 through device manager n all was well until yesterday.i opened my photos folder n initially after viewin the first 200 files,i ws not able to view the rest.there were no icons(of the photos concerned),also i was not able to delete it.wen i did it used to come GENERAL SYSTEM ERROR….PLZZZZ HELP ME.dis piece was my most priced possession!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(the vids concerned were viewable through video center)(also the back opton was not workin wen the files that could not b viewed were around)pls pls help im on the verge of nervous breakdown

    It’s a firmware error. My N78, which has the same operating software, gave me the same error message, but in a different case. Well, I recommend you to format your phone by typing *#7370# in the standby and entering the security code. But, as it will clear up the phone memory and uninstall all the applications that have been installed seperately, create a backup, but don’t use the ‘Backup phone memory’ option in ‘File mgr.’, create it yourself. After formatting, restore the backup and check if you face such type of problem again. If you do, then re-update the firmware, but using your PC. For this, visit http://www.nokiausa.com/softwareupdate (keep the backup until the firmware is updated and the data is restored, as this will format the phone too).
