I have this through AT&T and it’s not sluggish at all. It replaced my Nokia 2610 and it does 20 things the 2610 couldn’t do. If you download Nokia PC suite you can transfer pics to your computer. Here’s one link:

And the bluetooth is great for in the car and while I’m skiing. I got this at an AT&T kiosk at the mall and the guys there were very helpful.

Being 70 and not that savy with tech.,I made a mistake in getting this Nokia 2330. It picks up the background noise of where I am and it is hard to understand what the person is saying ..this takes the pleasure out of using my phone. It is capable of taking photos but no way to keep them unless one has internet service and wants to pay for the service to email them to computer. There are no accessories to purchace, not even from Nokia, in order to upload them to my computer. My other Nokia phone was around 10 years old and I loved it. It wore out and locked itself up. Oh, and also if I miss a call there is no way to know I missed it unless I ck. the phone..no beeps no lights no nothing. I have waited too long to get another a replacement with a contract because I just signed up again when I got this one. I had surgery and had complications and I was not able to go to the store and talk with them.

Think of what you want before you buy and learn about tech. so you know what to look for. I wanted a phone without paying for internet services and it seems there are not many choices for people like me. Most people like the texting, internet etc. I do not.

I have this phone through T-Mobile. I don’t know how it works for AT&T, but the phone itself has really annoyed me. When you press the buttons it is extremely sluggish. This doesn’t seem like a big deal, perhaps, because the reception isn’t bad. But when you’re in a hurry and quickly leafing through your phone pages trying to find numbers or text, the delay on the buttons and screen-switches can be very cumbersome. At times you will be too quick and press the wrong buttons and screens because the phone button/menu mechanism is too slow at keeping up with you.
