No. The only cost would be the downloading cost PRIOR to installing the game.
Once the game is on your phone, there are no more charges.
There should be a warning, or message of some type to tell you that it will cost you. If there is no message, it will not cost. Otherwise it is illegal.
if i remember right, nokia said the n85 would have 8 demo games preloaded on it AND a pass to download and keep one of those games for free. if you search you’ll find the list of games.
