QA : I Have Nokia 3100 mobile with DKU 5 Data cable. How to I solve “No Modem Found” error while I connect Internet



I successfully connected my mobile.. and i get Nokia 3100 Connected popup messege.. and then i tranfered my tones & pictures from PC to mobile via Data Cable.. But i cannot connect internet.. because when i click “Connect to internet” button on Nokia PC Suite it shows o modem found messege.. how to i clear it

    Nokia PC suite i think only supports the following cables: DKU-2, CA-53, DKE-2 AND CA-70 ~~ OR ~~ serial cable: CA-42.

    Either try using one of these cables OR remove the pc suite version that you have and download PC suite from Nokia.com and then see if that solves the problem!!! ALSO make sure that you have selected the “PC suite mode on the phone”
