Currently I don’t know how to send SMS using my Nokia PC Suite and my nokia mobile N95 8GB. The sms option is just not exist or I can’t find it .. any help?

You’ll see Messages option in the PC Suite. Go to the Inbox and select a contact or just go to Contacts and right-click on the particular user/users to send messages. Then Nokia Message Editor will appear and you can send from there. If you need more assistance, you can mail me or talk with me on Yahoo!
