    There’s usually a reset option under PHONE SETTINGS. Everything goes back to the preset factory settings.

    i don’t understand what exactly do u mean by format, but if u want to format the phone software, you can take phone to service centre. you can also check with the dealer where you purchase your phone from, if they offer such service.

    if you want to set the settings of the phone to its original ones, you can select the restore factory/original setting function in your phone.
