I dont think u have mms active on your phone this is why the pictures u send end up in your outbox contact ur carrier and ask them to enable it for u. And yes u can send pictures to e-mail using the phone but this is also a network feature u’ll need to contact them.
Could be that you don’t have the correct picture messaging settings in your phone. Could be that you don’t have Internet working. Call technical support. Have them trouble shoot the phone for you.
