the Browser would make much or no difference.
For you to make your Nokia Phone (no model) a modem………you should the data cable, the modem driver (most time the Windows will the driver for you), then you create an internet connection with you ISP username ansd password. when it comes to choose a modem, select your phone modem. When done connect your phone to the coomputer and try to connect to the internet with it. (remember your minutes will be counting…………unless maybe @ night or weekends if you have free weekend and night calls)
*your phone should support the modem feature.
