QA : How do u unlock a security code on Nokia 6500c?



i bought a nokia 6500c off ebay and it has a security code, i cant get a refund for this so can anyone help me unlock the code, get rid off the code or hard reset it?
all the sites below are for unlocking the network, my phone simple has security code for the phone which i do not know.

my IMIE number is: 357683016519524
