Additionally ensure that when you plug your cable into your phone it says &quot;Data Enhancement Detected&quot;.  Some 3rd party cables will install but the phone won&#039;t use it, it will state &quot;Data Enhancement Rejected&quot;.

Additionally you may want to verify the driver is installed properly in the &quot;Device Manager&quot;, you can find that by going to Start &gt; Run &gt; devmgmt.msc

If you have any yellow Exclamation points or red Exclamation points under USB, or Ports that maybe the problem.  From there you can tell it to update the driver after you installed the driver source, to configure it.</description>
