I have DKU 2 cable, nokia 3230, windows2000 OS and all the drivers with latest PC suite from Nokia website. I am not able to connect my phone with PC. Help me.

YOU SHOULD INSTALL NOKIA PC SUIT SOFTWARE ON YOUR COMPUTER AND YOU CAN TRANSFER EVERY DATA FROM YOUR COMPUTER TO YOUR MOBILE AND VICE VERSA.
First you will need the Drivers, which should be included with PC Suite, but the US Version of PC Suite to the best of my knowledge only supports the CA-42, and the DKU-5. So you will need to get the DKU-2 drivers from, http://europe.nokia.com/nokia/0,,81914,00.html
Additionally ensure that when you plug your cable into your phone it says “Data Enhancement Detected”. Some 3rd party cables will install but the phone won’t use it, it will state “Data Enhancement Rejected”.
Additionally you may want to verify the driver is installed properly in the “Device Manager”, you can find that by going to Start > Run > devmgmt.msc
If you have any yellow Exclamation points or red Exclamation points under USB, or Ports that maybe the problem. From there you can tell it to update the driver after you installed the driver source, to configure it.
