you have to get a usb to connect it 2 the computer
If you have a USB cable, plug it into your computer then go onto my computer, and it should have a new drive showing next to your D drive, click on it then you are in your phone! Just click and drag the photos off the phone into a file on your computer then.
I haven’t had any issues with my Nokia 3555.
go to a website called light surf make an account that way you can get all your pics on computer automaticly and even if you delete them of your phone by mistake they will still be there on your computer i used it my self works great any way hoped this helped
