They all card my dear. Stop worrying about where to drink and just have a fun time. You do not want to get caught in NYC!
Hotel bars almost never card. They assume that you must be staying in a room and guess your age. If they ask, order a soda and move to the next place. FYI – the swankier and more intimidating the bar, the less likely they are to card you.
